ABOUT THE CLIENT

A dónde ir con niños.com (Where to go with kids) is the first online web platform that helps parents of young children discover and book new, fun activities to do with their kids in Mexico City.

MY ROLE

I joined the project from the start. Helped validate the idea, conduct qualitative and quantitative user and stakeholder research, user testing, market research, brand design and management,  MVP and second version design and release.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Parents constantly worry about how to keep the kids active, away from screen time and want to do things that help them bond with them but there isn’t one place where parents can find new, fun, different activities to do with kids without having to search all over the internet. It is frustrating and time consuming to try to find this information.

After conducting quantitative user research, stakeholder interviews, and market research,  we identified the next set of key features that provided a better user experience increasing user retention and revenue.
